New Episode Of Google Analytics TV Has Arrived

Google have just released the latest episode of Web Analytics TV. The biggest problem with Google Analytics (if you can call it a problem) is the amount of data it gathers about your website – this can be overwhelming. Deciding what is most important information to view can be difficult.

One of the great things about Google is the amount of support it gives to its products whether that is in form of the moderator, videos or its help pages. You never seem to see Microsoft or Yahoo giving you this level of support.

In episode 6 you will find answers to a few interesting questions to name a few:

• Can I remove spam clicks from my reports?
• How do I track third party variable using ecommerce tracking?
• How can I track the first instance of a visit?

What is Does Bounce Rate mean?

One of the most interesting parts of this video I found was the excellent explanation that Nick gave on what counts as a bounce. Here at Cozy Digital this is a very popular question that we gets asked.

“A bounce is recorded when a visitor only views one page or an event within that page.”
