AdWords Anytime Anywhere

Do you advertise online? Then there’s probably a good chance that you are currently using Google AdWords. AdWords lets you create adverts on the Google platform quickly and effectively. Of course for those in the know about AdWords there’s a subtle art to creating these advertisements in a way that makes them enticing relevant and cost effective. As a result it’s always important to keep an eye on your AdWords campaigns, and now that’s easier than ever.

Google LogoIn an article from Inside Adwords yesterday they brought to light the new feature for mobile phones which will allow users to check their accounts at any time. Lovelorn phone metaphor aside, they address how if you happen to have an Android, iPhone or Palm Pre device you can access your account and check up on your alerts and statistics while you’re out and about.

Furthermore you can make edits to your adverts and campaigns ensuring that you can get the best out of them and increase their conversion rates on the go. One of the most useful additions is through the use of mobile alerts. By accessing your account via a desktop PC first you can set which elements of the campaign you want to set alerts for and you can set them to be returned on your mobile device. As a result you can easily keep tabs on important changes such as when your campaign is nearing its daily budget limit, or if there is a significant drop in traffic.

At the moment the service has only been rolled out for a small percentage of English language advertisers, although it looks like it won’t be long before it’s made a more expansive service. If you’d like to AdWords for mobile straight away simply direct your device to the AdWords welcome page.
