All-Seeing Streetview Has Seen Too Much?

Turns out not everyone is happy with the virtual walking-around simulator Streetview. In fact, a Mr. and Mrs. Boring (yes, I know) are currently engaged in litigation with Google over Streetview.

The Register is reporting that Aaron and Christine Boring are complaining as their house is located up a private road (complete with private road notice) which the sharp-eyed Google-mobile drove up and took images of their residence.

The original case was thrown out by a US District Court, but on appear the Borings managed to get the trespassing claims reinstated.

The judge has noted that the Borings will most likely to be awarded damages of more than $1 if they cannot prove the pictures caused them harm or damages.
